These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern your use of the services, website, and products offered by Ttabem (hereinafter referred to as “we”). By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Welcome to Ttabem! We operate this website and store, offering table products and related services, to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. Our Services are powered by Shopify, enabling us to efficiently process orders, manage payments, and deliver products. These Terms outline your rights and responsibilities when using our Services, as well as our obligations. Please read them carefully, as they contain important terms such as disclaimers and limitations of liability.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you are 18 years of age or older (or, if under 18, have obtained parental or guardian consent) and agree to abide by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you are using this service on behalf of your business, you are authorized to accept these terms on behalf of that business.

3. Products and Services

We strive to provide accurate and up to date information about our table products on the website (including descriptions, dimensions, material specifications, load-bearing capacity, prices, and stock availability). However, we do not guarantee that the product information is completely accurate, complete, or up to  date. We reserve the right to correct any errors (e.g., incorrect table dimensions, material descriptions), update information, or discontinue the sale of products at any time without notice. Product images are for reference only; the actual wood grain, color, or hardware details of the table may vary slightly. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of purchases, refuse orders, or cancel orders if product information is incorrect or tables are out of stock.

4. Order Acceptance

Your order for table products constitutes an offer to purchase. We will only accept your order after sending a confirmation email (“Order Confirmation“). We may refuse or cancel your order for reasons including, but not limited to: incorrect product information (e.g., incorrect table dimensions listed), insufficient stock, payment processing issues, or suspected fraud. If your order is cancelled after payment processing, we will provide a full refund. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to order rejection or cancellation (e.g., inconvenience caused by furniture installation delays).

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: All table products are priced in US dollars (USD), and all products are tax-free and include shipping costs.

Payment Methods: We only accept PayPal payments (see our payment policy for details). You agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information and authorize us to deduct the total order amount from your chosen payment method.

6. Shipping Policy

We ship table products to addresses within the United States (excluding certain areas and remote areas not covered by large furniture delivery). Delivery time is an estimated time (typically 5-15 business days), and actual delivery time may vary depending on location, carrier (e.g., UPS Freight, local furniture delivery services), and order volume. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, inaccessible delivery address, carrier equipment malfunction, etc.).

After your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number (or delivery appointment details for the large table). The risk for table products transfers to you upon delivery. It is your responsibility to provide an accurate delivery address (including access information for the large table, such as elevator availability and entrance width); we are not responsible for lost, misdelivered, or damaged tables due to incorrect address information or inaccessible delivery locations.

7. Refund and Return Policy

Our refund and return policy applies to all table product orders. Key terms include:

For eligible tables (e.g., defective frame, broken tabletop, received incorrect table model), you can request a return within 7 days of receipt.

The table must be unused (unassembled, without scratches or dents from use) and in its original packaging (including all hardware, assembly manual, and accessories) to be eligible for a refund.

Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., a defective table, wrong item sent), you will be responsible for return shipping costs. Note: Returns of large or heavy tables may require a professional carrier, and you will be responsible for arranging and paying these costs.

Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and verifying the returned table (including inspection for damage or use) and will be credited to your original payment account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content related to table products on our website (including product photos, design drawings, table dimension diagrams, text descriptions, logos, and software) is the intellectual property of Ttabem or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any intellectual property (e.g., repurposing table design images for commercial purposes) without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law,Ttabem, our partners, directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, service providers, licensors, or Shopify and its affiliates shall, under no circumstances, be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based on contract, tort, or other legal basis. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service or any table products purchased through the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such risks.

10. Termination

We may terminate this Agreement or your access to the Service at any time in our sole discretion without notice. You will still be required to pay all outstanding amounts due up to and including the termination date (e.g., any outstanding balances on shipped tables). Articles 8 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), 12 (Applicable Law), and any other provisions which by their nature should remain in force after termination shall continue to apply after termination.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ttabem, Shopify, and its affiliates, partners, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from and against any loss, damage, liability, or claim (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (1) your breach of these Terms or our Privacy Policy (e.g., returning a used table as “unused”); (2) your breach of any law or third-party rights (e.g., modifying the design of a table and infringing a third-party patent); or (3) your access to or use of the Service. We will notify you of any indemnifiable claims, and you agree to cooperate in the defense of such claims. We may control the defense and settlement of claims at your expense, provided that we do not settle without your consent (and without your unjustified refusal).

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service (e.g., disputes concerning table damage, delayed refunds) shall be subject to the Florida Court.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time. When this happens, we will update the “Last Updated”date at the top of this page and post the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after the revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of these changes.
