Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges under the following specific circumstances:

Damaged or Defective Products: Products arrive with physical damage (e.g., cracks, dents, tears), functional defects (e.g., parts not working, malfunction), or missing components (e.g., accessories, instructions), caused by manufacturing errors or shipping problems.

Incorrect Products: Products received do not match your order (e.g., incorrect model, size, color, or quantity), as per your order details.

Material or Workmanship Defects: Products fail to meet quality standards due to substandard materials or poor workmanship, affecting normal use within a reasonable period.

2. Return and Exchange Conditions and Non-Returnable Items

Acceptance Conditions:

All returned items must be in unused, unassembled, and resaleable condition (except for defective or damaged items, which are not subject to the "unused" requirement but must retain all original accessories).

Items must be returned with all original packaging, labels, tags, accessories, instructions, and any gifts included with the order. Missing any item may result in the return being refused or a refund being deducted.

Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation email, receipt) must be provided to verify order details.

For defective or damaged items, clear photos or videos (showing the item, packaging, and defect) must be submitted to customer service for verification.

The following items are non returnable:

Personalized or customized items (e.g., items with custom engraving, size, or design according to your specific requirements).

Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., fitness trackers, yoga mats, or other items that come into direct contact with the body), if opened or used.

Items intentionally damaged, misused, altered, or modified by the customer.

Gift cards or digital goods (e.g., downloadable fitness guides, online course access codes).

3. Return Exchange Deadline

You must initiate a return exchange request within 7 business days of order delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be processed unless the product is defective and covered under our warranty (subject to separate warranty terms).

4. Detailed Return Process

Please follow these steps to complete a return:

Initiate a Return Request: Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product via email ngocbao68271@gmail.com. Please provide your order number, product name, reason for return (photos/videos if necessary), and your contact information.

Obtain Return Authorization: After verifying your request, our customer support team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide an official return address (do not send to the company physical addresses listed below). You must include the RA number on the shipping label; packages without an RA number will be refused.

Packaging: Please pack the item securely with all original packaging, accessories, and the RA number. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

Sending the Package: Within 7 business days of receiving the Return Authorization Number (RA Number), please send the packaged product to the provided return address. Please retain the shipping receipt and tracking number for future reference.

Confirmation of Receipt: Our team will inspect the returned package upon receipt. We will notify you by email once the package has been received and verified.

5. Detailed Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned product (confirming it meets the return conditions), we will process your refund within 5 business days.

The refund will be returned to the original payment account used when you placed the order (e.g., credit card, PayPal, debit card).

Refund processing time typically takes 3-7 business days, calculated from the date we initiate the refund process. However, the actual arrival time of the refund may vary depending on your bank's or payment processor's policies.

We will notify you by email once the refund has been successfully processed. Except for returns due to customer reasons (see Section 7), no additional fees will be deducted from the refund amount.(Please refer to the relevant instructions for details).

6. Detailed Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange a product (e.g., a different size, color, or model), please follow these steps:

Initiate an Exchange Request: Please contact customer service within 30 days of receiving the item, providing your order number, current product details, the item you wish to exchange, and the reason for the exchange.

Confirm Inventory: Our customer service staff will check the inventory of the required item. If in stock, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Code (RA Number) and a return address.

Return the Original Item: Please follow the packaging and shipping steps in the return process (Part 4) and return the original item within 7 business days.

Process the Exchange: After receiving and confirming the original item, we will ship the replacement item to you within 3 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number.

Price Difference: If the replacement item is more expensive, you will need to pay the price difference before shipping. If the price is lower, we will refund the price difference via the original payment method.

7. Return and Exchange Costs

We will cover the return shipping costs if the return or exchange is due to the following reasons:

The product is defective, damaged, or malfunctioning.

Wrong product sent (incorrect model, size, color, etc.).

Customer pays shipping costs: You will bear all return shipping costs if the return/exchange is due to the following reasons:

Change of mind, dislike, or personal preference (e.g., deciding you no longer need the item after receiving it).

Ordered the wrong size, color, or model (customer error).

The returned item does not meet the return conditions (e.g., used, missing parts). Note: We do not cover shipping insurance or expedited shipping costs unless it is our fault.

8. Order Cancellation

Cancellation before shipment: You can cancel your order free of charge if you contact us before it ships. We will issue a full refund within 3 business days of cancellation.

Cancellation after shipment: Once an order has been shipped, you cannot cancel it. You must follow the return process (Part 4) and adhere to the 7-day return period. In this case, return shipping costs will be borne by you (unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent).

Custom or Personalized Orders: Customized products cannot be cancelled once production begins. If you cancel your order before production begins, we will deduct a 10% administrative fee from your refund.
